Requests are not bookings

Submitting the form sends a request. No place is reserved until a member of our team confirms the request in writing, normally within two working hours.

Rider requirements

Minimum age 10 (under 18s must ride with a responsible adult). Approximate weight range 45 kg to 118 kg. Riders must be able to stand unaided for the duration of the tour and wear closed shoes. Riding is not permitted during pregnancy, under the influence of alcohol or with conditions affecting balance.

Safety

Helmets and hi-vis vests are provided and must be worn. Guides may end a rider's participation if safety instructions are not followed.

Cancellation

Tours may be cancelled or rescheduled by us in unsafe conditions. If we cannot operate a confirmed tour, you are not charged.
